July 15th has been set aside annually by the United Nations as “World Youth Skills Day”.
Skill acquisition has proven to help reduce youth unemployment whether technical or vocational. The pandemic has shown the acquisition of digital skills as a hedge against unemployment risks.
We must work together to ensure that our young people have access to these skills especially now, as we navigate through the new normal. They should not be left behind lest the society suffers the consequences, directly and/or indirectly.
We at ANWOSAP wish to lend our voice to this cause. As an Association, we are dedicated to developing, growing and empowering young women to become world leaders in the health and safety profession. Come join us.
